Touch Line Bets is a UK football betting content site operated by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets, and we never hold your money. Contact: samueljfx@gmail.com.
Your email address, but only if you type it into a signup form. That is the only personal data this site asks for. It is passed to our email provider, beehiiv, who send the newsletter and store the subscription. We use it to send you what you signed up for and nothing else.
Payment details, if you ever subscribe to Touch Line Pro. These go directly to Stripe and are processed by them. We never see or store your card details. (At the time of writing, paid subscriptions are not yet switched on.)
Standard server logs. Our host, Vercel, records ordinary request information such as IP address and browser type as part of serving the site securely. We do not use these to build a profile of you.
This section is unusually specific because most privacy policies are vague on it.
One exception, added 26 July 2026:we now run Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views so we can tell which pages are worth writing more of. It is cookieless and aggregate — it does not set anything on your device, does not identify you, and cannot follow you to other sites. We chose it over Google Analytics specifically because it doesn't build a profile of you.
An earlier version of this page said we ran no analytics at all, and promised that if that changed we would say so before it went live rather than after. This paragraph shipped in the same commit as the analytics.
Some outbound links to bookmakers and betting tools are affiliate links, marked #ad. If you click one and sign up, that company may pay us a commission, and they will typically set their own cookie to attribute the referral. That happens on their side under their privacy policy, not ours. It costs you nothing and it does not change the odds or terms you receive.
We are paid for the referral, not for whether you win or lose, and we do not receive any information about your betting activity.
That is the complete list. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we never will.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. In practice that means your email address, because it is the only thing we hold. Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for the short period our host retains them for security and diagnostics.
This site is for over-18s only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their details, email us and we will delete them immediately. 18+ · BeGambleAware.org
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes to what we collect will be reflected here at the same time the change ships, not later.
